The Lacrosse Club in Aberystwyth was first established as a mixed lacrosse club, and the mixed team continues to have a whole lota fun, and some success! But we also take our men's and women's team commitments seriously...well, as seriously as we take anything!

Aber Lacrosse gives the opportunity for everyone from long-time, die-hard lacrosse players to those who are brand new to the sport to pick up a stick (and any relevant padding!) and enjoy the game. With two or three training sessions a week and about as many socials, both formal and informal, its not surprising that so many strong friendships are formed within the club.

Games range from training matches and friendlies to league games, so everyone gets the chance to put their skills into practice, and it makes for a great day out and a real laugh for all involved.

To find the Vicarage Playing Fields:

From the South:

The A487 from Llanrhystud takes you into Aberystwyth. Turn right at the first roundabout onto the A4210. Straight across the Safeways roundabout ( The Blaendolau playing fields are on the right). Left at the next junction onto the A44, the Vicarage Playing Fields are approximately one kilometer along, on the left.

From the East:

Take the A470 from Newtown. At Llangurig, take the A44 all the way into Aberystwyth. The Vicarage Playing Fields are approximately 1km beyond the junction with the A4210 in Llanbadarn Fawr.
